Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate educator to lead our teaching team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to shape the future of education and drive student success.

  • Develop and implement contemporary learning principles, incorporating technology into the learning cycle.
  • Coordinate academic compliance, lead curriculum reform, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
  • Support staff development, lead teacher appraisal processes, and enhance staff-student relationships.
  • Engage with parents, coordinate key school events, and collaborate with the leadership team to evaluate programs, curriculum offerings, and strategic planning.
Key Qualifications
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and accreditation to teach in NSW.
  • An understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
  • Exemplary classroom practice, using a range of effective contemporary pedagogies.
  • Experience leading development of programming and continuous improvement with a team.
  • Highly effective leadership, collaboration, communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary trends in education within Australia, with demonstrated success implementing significant educational change initiatives.
