Real Estate Valuations & Analytics Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Real Estate Valuations & Analytics team in Sydney.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the audit team in the peer review of valuation for financial reporting
  • Conduct real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia
  • Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range of projects and transactions
  • Assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies and property development advisory
  • Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets
  • Contribute to market research and trend analysis and thought leadership papers

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills and keen attention to detail
  • Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS
