Senior Property Valuation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end property valuation process across a national portfolio.
- Partner with external valuers and internal stakeholders to deliver precise valuations.
- Analyse valuation results and provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive informed decisions.
- Ensure valuations comply with regulatory, industry, and internal standards.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) or equivalent is highly regarded.
- Solid experience in commercial property valuations is essential.
- Strong analytical skills, financial modelling capability, and business acumen are required.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills are necessary.
