Property Valuation Specialist

The Assistant Valuer position involves collaborating with a specialist retail valuation team in all aspects of the valuation and consultancy process.
This includes preliminary work, conducting property inspections, compiling valuation data, sales/leasing analysis, and preparing high-quality valuation reports and advice.
As a member of the team, you will work closely with a Director to develop skills in valuation services, working collaboratively in a team-based environment.
You will have opportunities for hands-on experience and progression towards achieving Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status.
- Contribute to the preparation of valuation reports and advice
- Undertake property inspections and compile valuation data
- Perform sales/leasing analysis and prepare valuation reports
- Collaborate with the valuations director and team
- Progress towards achieving CPV certification
- Final year property student or recent graduate
- Ability to work full-time
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
- Ability to learn new systems
We are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills who can apply theoretical knowledge to practical problems. The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively is also essential.
