About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced property valuation specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our property valuation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuations to clients across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property valuations using current market data and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Practicing Valuer/MRICS qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and API membership
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the property valuation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
