We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development of our cutting-edge Private Health Insurance Software at Civica. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that cater to market demands and drive expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own the Product Discovery process to uncover customer and user needs and inform feature development.
  • Define the Product Vision and Strategy for the PHI product with the Director of Product.
  • Effectively manage client expectations with empathy and understand client pain points to ensure alignment of Product vision with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain the PHI product roadmap outlining key milestones and ensure it aligns with the PHI Product Vision.
  • Define feature requirements (enhancements and new features) based on user needs and collaborate with Engineering, Services, Sales, and Support to align on goals and deliverables.
