Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney CBD. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and administrative skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the NSW Business Unit or client account. This includes managing sickness, absence reporting and holiday tracking, collating and processing timesheets and expenses, and maintaining people records such as training, inductions, new starters/leavers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data, including attendance and leave records
  • Process financial transactions, including invoices and purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate records of training and development activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Assist in compiling site-area monthly contract review packs and attend monthly meetings

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years' experience in a similar administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
