About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Policy Officer to join our team as a Secretariat Lead for Digital Platform Regulators. This is a unique opportunity to work with a cross-agency committee, providing administrative and secretariat support to ensure the effective functioning of the Digital Platform Regulators Steering Committee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end administrative and secretariat support to the Digital Platform Regulators Steering Committee, including scheduling and sequencing meetings, collating and circulating agendas and papers, and following up to ensure timely resolution of action items.
  • Quality assurance of meeting papers, out-of-session items, and decision documents to ensure alignment and consistency with legislative requirements and other relevant policies and procedures.
  • Document, process, and report on Digital Platform Regulators decisions and out-of-session items.
  • Contribute to the ongoing review and development of meeting principles and processes.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in government (state or federal) agency in a similar role.
  • Australian Citizenship and a current or ability to obtain a Baseline Clearance.
