Key Responsibilities

The role involves delivering environmentally responsible products to customers throughout Australia.

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in ensuring sales targets are met and managing logistics for product delivery.

This position requires a high degree of commercial acumen and an ability to manage multiple functions within prescribed parameters.

  • Develop strategic business plans to drive business development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market intelligence.
  • Implement effective marketing activities to deepen customer understanding.
  • Establish strategic sales and marketing plans and pricing strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Provide visible leadership to establish a professional approach from the team.

This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 10 years' experience in a senior leadership position in an agricultural or related industry.
