  • Monitor and manage incoming Building Management System (BMS) alarms and alerts according to specified criteria.
  • Provide remote assistance to field technicians and Target and Kmart stores to expedite fault diagnosis and minimize the impact of plant failures on store operations.
  • Offer phone support to IT Support Technicians (ISTs) and contractors.
  • Ensure consistent connectivity of store HVAC controllers to support the services mentioned above.
  • Identify and analyze underperforming stores and manage BMS maintenance tasks.
  • Contribute to BMS Technical Centre's key focus areas and initiatives, assist in the delivery and validation of technical projects, and help the centre achieve its objectives by maturing and enhancing its services.
  • Analyze energy usage data for sites, identify anomalies, and recommend actions for ongoing energy reduction.
Requirements
  • Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A solid understanding of HVAC fundamentals.
  • Computer networking experience and the ability to operate cloud-based server platforms.
  • Experience with BMS systems such as Innotech, RDM, or Niagara.
  • Knowledge of technical drawings, operator manuals to assist in diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with IOT protocols such as MQTT and REST API.
  • Full Australian work rights.
