Seasonal Concierge Team Members

Our centres are bustling with excitement this festive season, and we're looking for friendly team members to join our concierge team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable moments for our customers.

Your duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
  • Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promoting and selling services that delight our customers

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. You should also be confident working in a fast-paced environment and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
