About the Role

We are seeking a Workplace Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, covering all periods of leave, sick days, and high customer volume situations. This requires flexibility, open-mindedness, and a willingness to take on varied tasks and responsibilities across different workplaces.

  • You will be assigned to a site that requires your support, where you will set the tone for a great customer experience by warmly welcoming tenants and visitors.
  • You will provide information and support to customers and visitors, manage inbox and meeting room bookings, and handle hospitality services.
  • You will also be responsible for managing the concierge service portal, responding to requests in a timely manner, and driving activations and promoting usage of communal spaces and amenities.
  • In addition, you will report on lobby operations and service offerings, providing recommendations on process improvements and product ideas.

This position requires periods of walking, standing, sitting, and/or manual handling.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Hospitality, Residential Concierge, Serviced office, or co-working spaces.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality, building trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn new sites and procedures.
  • Tolerance of taking directions from management and colleagues on assigned workplaces.
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming.
