Job Title: Customer Services Officer

 

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team.

 

About the Role:

 

Our Customer Service Officers play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. They act as a key liaison between our Centre Management, the Customer Service Team and our customers.

 

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
  • Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
