About the Role

This position is accountable for overseeing all aspects of subcontract administration, encompassing supplier qualification and maintaining accurate records in accordance with established procedures.

Under general supervision, the individual will resolve intricate problems requiring a deep understanding of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals/Quotes (RFP/RFQ) packages
  • Evaluate proposals and quotations to support procurement decisions
  • Conduct comprehensive price analysis
  • Negotiate Subcontract Agreements, including Terms & Conditions and Pricing
  • Effectively manage close-out procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing/subcontracts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Contract Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Business Law
  • Strong analytical reasoning skills and ability to interpret policies and government regulations
