
Sales and Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Client Solutions Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for securing sales growth through install base initiatives that result in Labour & Materials opportunities.
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will develop and execute short- and long-range sales plans, prepare sales strategies and submissions, and work closely with the service department to identify existing install base BMS initiatives sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve nominated targets
- Managing the preparation and submission of sales proposals
- Participating in tender requests and submitting Johnson Controls Products, Systems, and Solutions
- Delivering assigned business plans, achieving secured sales volume and gross margin
- Providing information to management regarding the industry and recommending plans to maximize future business
- Fostering strong relationships with customers and providing sales and technical support to contractors, consultants, and end-users
