Our client is a leading multinational corporation and distributor with operations across the world. Due to a recent organisational restructuring in their Australian and New Zealand businesses, it has created a new ANZ HR Manager opportunity.
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Director, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Be actively involved in the all-round daily HR operations, including talent acquisition and development.
- Leadership and Change Management: Successfully be a part of and contribute to the senior leadership team to achieve on-going organisational success.
- Employee Engagement and Compliance: Develop and partner with business leaders to identify key training programs and implement them.
- Employee Relations and Grievances: Manage all ER issues and employee grievances, including all escalations for a blue- and white-collar workforce.
- Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Successfully manage and influence all stakeholders through change management processes.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all reports, compliance, and employee safety policies are up to date.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a passionate all-round HR Manager who is a self-starter and wants to take on a challenge of developing and building a HR culture in the organisation. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, understanding of policy improvement and be ready to take on multiple HR responsibilities, daily.
