
Financial Process Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-driven Accounting Specialist to join our finance team, based in Rhodes. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring smooth operations across the department.
In this position, you'll be responsible for validating payment proposals, resolving supplier queries, and maintaining vendor data. You will also work closely with our accounting operations manager and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to both local and global finance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and improve accounts payable processes, including validating payment proposals and resolving supplier queries
- Lead monthly and year-end PO accruals and oversee the fixed asset register and annual asset count
- Approve SKU creations and price changes to support accurate financial data
- Coordinate period-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Review account reconciliations and support compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GL, sub-ledger, income statement, balance sheet)
- Experience in AP/AR and a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
