Manager of Financial Transaction Processing

We are seeking a highly skilled Settlement Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Settlement & Transactions team and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions across various portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, relationship management, and treasury operations. They will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to coordinate and resolve complex issues with internal and external stakeholders.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide guidance and support to offshore banking operations staff and settlement operations team members.
Responsibilities:- Lead the Settlement & Transactions team and ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions across various portfolios
- Coordinate and resolve complex issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency
- Manage cash balances, payment obligations, and funding requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in operations, settlements, or treasury leadership role
- General understanding of financial markets, preferably with CS3 ATM/POS
- Operational Management / Relationship Management
- Understanding of Operational Risk Framework
- Knowledge of Treasury Operations - including products, systems and compliance
