Financial Transactions Coordinator

The role of a Financial Transactions Coordinator is to prepare and process financial transactions for clients, manage working in progress (WIP) and timesheet billing, and ensure all financial information is accurate and up-to-date. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a financial transactions role, with prior experience in a financial or accounting firm preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process financial transactions for clients
  • Manage WIP and timesheet billing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes
  • Reconciliations
  • Troubleshoot and amend financial transactions

About You:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of financial transactions and WIP management
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
