
Government Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide general administrative support to our team in a fast-paced environment.
The purpose of this role is to offer high-level administrative assistance, including preparing documents, managing databases, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Organise meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings, approvals, etc.
- Manage databases, including maintenance of registers, records, and CRM systems.
- Prepare documents, including reports and presentations.
- Assist with expenditure duties, including processing invoices and expense reconciliation.
- Arrange and coordinate travel as required.
To be successful, you will have:
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience within Government is highly advantageous.
