Job Title: Strategic Governance Specialist


The position of Strategic Governance Specialist involves providing high-level secretariat support to the Board Chair, Board members, Chief Executive, Board Committees, and Executive team. This includes coordinating meetings, managing committee logistics, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating agendas, minutes, and reports for Board Committees
  • Managing meeting logistics, including catering and venue arrangements
  • Providing administrative support to the Manager, Board and Policy Governance
  • Ensuring compliance with governance requirements and regulations

Requirements:
