Job Summary

This role is a critical part of our team, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the new home completion, handover and warranty period.

The successful candidate will proactively identify defects or problems and take necessary actions to rectify or prevent them in an efficient manner. This includes investigating and resolving new home warranty issues in a timely and professional manner, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The role requires establishing and maintaining relationships with people at all levels, including team members, cross-functional teams and external service providers.

You will be responsible for compiling reports and sharing information to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

Weekly updates and reports will be provided to Construction Managers while ensuring all matters are prioritised and resolved effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve new home warranty issues in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain relationships with team members, cross-functional teams and external service providers
  • Compile reports and share information to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience within the Residential Project Home Industry
  • Experience in maintenance or warranty role with experience managing service providers and trades
  • Demonstrable experience in client management and excellent presentation
  • Considerable knowledge of the basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homes
  • Ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take necessary actions to rectify or prevent them in an efficient manner
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driver's license and White card
