We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading significant and complex projects, providing senior-level consulting across talent measurement solutions.
The role involves designing and delivering solutions in talent management, assessment, post-hire solutions, learning and development, and product consulting. You will also be responsible for project delivery, managing projects, and advising on SHL products and services to meet client needs and foster growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Project Delivery: Providing first-class delivery, developing client relationships, managing projects, and advising on SHL products and services to meet client needs and foster growth.
- Solution Design and Delivery: Designing and delivering solutions in talent management, assessment, post-hire solutions, learning and development, and product consulting.
- Project Leadership: Leading delivery teams on critical projects, ensuring scope and quality, managing stakeholder expectations, and resolving issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Psychology registration preferred, especially in Organisational Psychology.
- Strong networking and client development skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Background in assessment and development, familiar with SHL products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SPSS is a plus.
