Trade Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a Trade Insurance Specialist to join our team in the Mornington Peninsula or Frankston area. As a key member of our business, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships with our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in general insurance broking and hold tier 1 qualifications. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and have a proven ability to manage a growing book of clients.
You will be responsible for processing insurance quotations, endorsements, and renewals, discussing client needs, negotiating with insurers, and managing claims. In addition, you will have the opportunity to grow the business both organically and through new clients acquired via our website and phone.
