About our Business Insurance Role
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive support across insurance functions, including quoting, new business acquisition, renewals, endorsements, claims and reporting.
- Foster client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Facilitate claims resolution by liaising with clients and insurers to ensure timely outcomes.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop strategies for acquiring new business.
- Maintain operational efficiency and compliance through administrative duties.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance.
- Professional insurance qualifications (required).
- Sound knowledge of SME insurance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in using relevant systems (highly desirable).
