Funding Specialist role involves maintaining and monitoring residential subsidy and funding centred to the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) model across our Residential Aged Care Homes.

This exciting opportunity will see you assist and provide advice to a portfolio of Residential Managers, helping them improve their funding performance, achieve their financial targets and increase profitability, whilst supporting the end-to-end admissions and discharge process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor residential subsidy and funding centred to the AN-ACC model
  • Provide advice to Residential Managers on improving funding performance and achieving financial targets
  • Support end-to-end admissions and discharge process

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge and experience in Aged Care and Aged Care Accreditation
  • Demonstrated knowledge and thorough understanding of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC)
