Customer Experience Solutions Specialist

We're on the hunt for a seasoned CX Solutions Specialist to join our team at Cisco. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional customer experiences that drive value realization and growth.
About You:
- You have 7+ years of experience in the technology industry, with a deep understanding of financials and IT/Infrastructure & Services.
- You've demonstrated expertise in building relationships with customers and driving cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- You possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to develop and build partnerships with our customers.
- You're adept at managing financials, making strategic investment decisions, and driving software and service adoption.
About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you'll partner with Customer Technical and Operational Leaders and Executives to orchestrate CX resources across Delivery, Expert Care, Technical Support, Customer Success, Renewals, and Partners. Your primary focus will be on driving value realization, mitigating renewal risks, and improving customer dedication.
