Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic Home Lodgement team at Suncorp Group. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing efficient solutions and responses to customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient solutions and responses to customer enquiries
- Triage and progress claims as far as possible on the first call, making things as easy as possible for our customers
- Provide support to customers with existing claim enquiries within policy entitlements, organisation of repairs & management throughout the life of the claim
- Ensure our customers receive the right support at the right time and reinforce Suncorp's commitment to 'building futures and protecting what matters'
What You'll Need:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles
- Proficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and effectively convey complex information
- High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations
