About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our customers, drive growth, and contribute to the success of Telstra Business Technology Centres.

Job Summary

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional service. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement customer account plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to our customers
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and escalating issues as needed

What We Offer

You'll enjoy a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include performance-related pay, access to thousands of learning programs, and other exciting perks.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to executives
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to change
  • Experience working with Cisco, Microsoft, and Checkpoint products is preferred, but training is available
