This is a Human Resources Business Partner role within a high-performing HR team supporting a dynamic and collaborative workplace culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations and contribute to national and state-based HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and overseeing the implementation of firm-wide HR policies and procedures
  • Providing guidance to leadership on local HR laws and compliance
  • Supporting L&D initiatives including CLE/CPD tracking and training program development
  • Assisting with remuneration, benefits, and performance evaluation processes
  • Driving staff engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
  • Supporting recruitment efforts including graduate and law school programs
  • Assisting with WHS compliance and psychological safety programs
  • Managing HR reporting, performance management, and grievance handling
  • Liaising with payroll on leave and pay queries
  • Representing HR on internal committees and working groups
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR operations and project coordination
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
