Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Improvement Specialist to join our operations team. This is a key role in shaping the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning processes to drive efficient results and support organisational goals.
  • This includes translating business plans into action plans, monitoring progress and reviewing outcomes to completion.
  • Furthermore, the specialist will identify, analyse and improve business processes to meet current goals and identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • In addition, they will participate in the development of new initiatives, strategies and processes to enhance business performance.
  • The successful candidate will also provide direction and training to staff members to assist them in reaching their objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of governing standards of practice and Agent remuneration drivers.
  • Highly experienced in GWCC, CRM salesforce, QLIK reporting and other scheme systems.
  • Excellent communication, self-management and organisation skills are essential.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, including flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
  • Additionally, a solid understanding of Workers Compensation Legislation and regulations is required.
