Workshop Operations Lead

SkyBus operates a critical airside and landside bus services network, with our iconic brand expanding into NSW. Our Maintenance team ensures fleet performance through high-quality servicing and maintenance.

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage day-to-day workshop operations and motivate skilled mechanics.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and motivate a team of Mechanics to ensure seamless workshop operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all workshop practices.
Requirements:
  • A strong connection with our Values – Passion, Integrity, Respect, Authenticity, Humility
  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) licence.
  • Proven ability in managing workshop staff and influencing positive work culture.
  • Strong computer literacy and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to obtain Australian Security Identification Card (ASIC)
