
Workshop Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve safety and operational excellence.
- Coordinate resources to meet project deadlines and ensure quality control.
- Oversee daily workshop operations, including pre-start meetings and monthly inspections.
- Provide on-the-job training, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Liaise with the maintenance team to adapt and improve the scope of work.
- Ensure workshop safety and compliance with all company procedures.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Cert III in Engineering Mechanical Trade OR Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience leading workshop-based teams.
- Well-developed business acumen, critical thinking skills, and an understanding of operational and financial impacts.
- A person who can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines while keeping a clear focus on safety and performance while achieving competing deadlines.
- Someone with the energy and drive to lead by example and influence positive outcomes.
