Job Title: Workshop Operations Director

The ideal candidate will oversee the repairs and maintenance of assets, leading a team to accomplish workshop goals. The successful applicant will have experience at a supervisory level, with a strong background in continuous improvement and enhancement of a Zero Harm culture.

This position involves managing all aspects of the workshop, identifying business improvement opportunities and implementing programs to meet customer requirements and efficiencies. Effective leadership, direction, advice, and support to the team are essential.

A well-developed business acumen and critical thinking skills are required. Ability to understand financial impacts of operational decisions is necessary. High leadership skills, ability to influence, motivate others, coach, and mentor personnel at all levels.

The Workshop Operations Director will provide effective management of fluctuating workloads, multiple projects, and conflicting priorities to achieve competing deadlines. This role offers career progression opportunities and quality training.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the repairs and maintenance of assets.
  • Lead a team to accomplish workshop goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the workshop.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience at a supervisory level.
