Requirements

  • Previous experience working with FIFO workforces is highly advantageous
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR role, including people management responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, and modern workplace practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes
  • Experience in the Hospitality Industry would be highly regarded
