Business Partner Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and support to managers and staff.
- Contribute to business planning by providing HR insight and analysis
- Promote a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement strategies
- Provide advice and support on performance, conduct, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Lead investigations and disciplinary matters in line with legislation and internal procedures
- Oversee training and development needs and requirements
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support succession planning and talent management initiatives
- Monitor workforce metrics and report on trends and risks
- Oversee the performance management process and provide coaching to managers
- Facilitate leadership and capability development initiatives
- Maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, industrial instruments, and WHS obligations
- Assist with maintaining and improving HRIS systems and workflows
Requirements
- Previous experience working with FIFO workforces is highly advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR role, including people management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, and modern workplace practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes
- Experience in the Hospitality Industry would be highly regarded
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams
