Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an HR Generalist in a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional employee experiences. Based in our Karawatha office, you will support the ANZ team with core HR processes, systems, and initiatives that drive business and people success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and advice to employees and managers on HR topics, including policies, leave, remuneration, benefits, learning and development, and employee relations
  • Act as a local expert for Workday, Betterworks, and 360 Learning, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding, offboarding, and other key employee lifecycle activities
  • Review and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with global standards
  • Support the delivery of learning and development programs and engagement initiatives
  • Manage visa and sponsorship processes, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Maintain relationships with external providers such as benefit vendors
  • Contribute to HR projects through reporting, insights, and project ownership
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR processes

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in a HR/People role supporting operational activities and projects
  • Solid knowledge of Australian employment law and HR practice
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
