Role: The role of an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart Mount Isa is to provide a high-quality educational program for young children. As a dedicated and passionate educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment that fosters learning and development.
Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing engaging and challenging educational programs that meet the needs of all children
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of children's progress and development
- Participating in regular professional development sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
- Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
