Team Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to support our high-profile agents based in the CBD. This role is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your administration skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collation of reports, submissions, and other documentation with agents.
- Assist in the production of marketing materials.
- Update company database, including listing information, and upload to website as required.
- Manage online listings on Colliers International website and third-party websites.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings as necessary.
- Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary.
Requirements
- Recent and relevant experience in a similar role (12 months – 2 years' experience).
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in InDesign preferred but not required.
- High attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
