Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to support our high-profile agents based in the CBD. This role is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your administration skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the collation of reports, submissions, and other documentation with agents.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials.
  • Update company database, including listing information, and upload to website as required.
  • Manage online listings on Colliers International website and third-party websites.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings as necessary.
  • Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary.

Requirements

  • Recent and relevant experience in a similar role (12 months – 2 years' experience).
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in InDesign preferred but not required.
  • High attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
