Vice President, Patient Solutions

The Vice President of Patient Solutions is a strategic leader responsible for driving the vision and innovation of our patient solutions operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of customer and patient solutions department to generate value propositions for clients.
  • Development, maintenance, and quality standards to ensure production meets service levels across all product segments.
  • Maintenance of staffing to meet service levels, ensuring smooth transitions for new customers and minimal impact on existing customers.
  • Evaluation of systems, policies, and procedures to drive changes that meet organizational objectives.
  • Implementation of strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Assistance in solving problems affecting service, efficiency, and team productivity.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Direction and supervision of employees within the department(s) according to organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 10 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in patient services or a similar call center environment.
