Job Overview

Lead Strategic Visionary:

The Lead Strategic Visionary for Patient Solutions is responsible for driving the overall strategy of our patient solutions operation.

A key aspect of this role is being customer-centric; working closely with management to continually innovate and improve the service strategy in alignment with the changing needs of business and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the patient solutions department and develop value propositions for clients.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure production and quality standards are met, along with audit outcomes.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing to ensure service levels are met across all product segments, ensuring smooth transitions for new customers and minimal impact on existing customers.
  • Evaluate systems, policies, and procedures, and drive changes to meet organizational and departmental objectives.
  • Maintain strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Assist in solving problems that affect service, efficiency, and team productivity.

Leadership Roles:

  • Direct and supervise employees within the department(s) in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 10 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in patient services or a similar call center environment.
