Digital Transformation Specialist

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational improvement and digital innovation. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and expertise in process modelling to deliver impactful solutions.

This key position requires strong business analysis experience, particularly on large-scale or complex projects. You must possess the ability to translate business needs into effective digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration with organisational goals.

  • Leading workshops to map business processes and design improvements.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements, translating them into user stories, prototypes, and wireframes.
  • Conducting gap analyses and ensuring solutions align with business needs.
  • Managing Agile delivery, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
  • Creating process maps, workflows, and customer journey maps (UML, BPMN 2.0).
  • Supporting BAU and major projects while staying up to date with emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Strong business analysis experience on large-scale or complex projects.
  • Skilled in process modelling (UML, BPMN 2.0) and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma desirable).
  • Experience with user-friendly design tools (Figma, Balsamiq).
  • Proven Agile delivery expertise, including leading Scrum ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong prioritisation and independent working skills.
  • Leadership capability in mentoring other analysts.
