We are seeking a skilled O365/IT Support Specialist to join our team in Lane Cove, NSW. As part of our operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft O365 Cloud solutions and a strong understanding of OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Teams. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be customer-centric, and have a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving adoption of Microsoft suite with clients and staff
- Managing escalated IT support requests and maintaining high levels of customer service

- Providing technical guidance to team members and performing training on our systems

Required skills and qualifications include:

- Strong knowledge of O365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Teams
- Experience with user security and backup systems
- Support helpdesk or end-user in-house experience
