IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate will have solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our ICT environment, including configuring and supporting infrastructure, SaaS tools, domains, and desktop environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support infrastructure, SaaS tools, domains, and desktop environments
  • Perform documented cyber security checks
  • Provide timely support for all IT-related issues
  • Maintain the helpdesk ticket queue and report issues
  • Deliver continuous improvements to ICT services
  • Support compliance with IT risk and security policies
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and user accounts
  • Liaise with third-party IT vendors
  • Assist with internal/customer projects
  • Keep IT asset register up to date
  • Provide user training as needed
Requirements:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, O365, Azure AD)
