
Strategic Retirement Solutions Leader

As a key member of the Product and Retirement team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retirement solutions. We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative superannuation and retirement solutions.
The opportunity
You will partner across the business to inform and execute our product vision, bringing deep expertise in retirement and product research, analysis, and decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is passionate about delivering market-leading retirement solutions that make a real difference in our members' lives.
In this role, you will:
- Lead strategic product and retirement initiatives aligned with our vision.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Analyse market trends and member insights to inform product enhancements.
- Drive operational excellence and support distribution strategies.

- Timely delivery of strategic initiatives within budget.
- High stakeholder satisfaction.
- Products that are well-rated and aligned with member needs.
- Clear understanding and support of our product strategy across the business.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retirement product management or strategy including proven experience in design and delivery of new to market solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to develop and operationalise product strategies and roadmaps.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, marketing or a related discipline.
