Strategic Change & Capability Leader

This leadership role focuses on delivering transformational change strategy and approach, ensuring integration and alignment of change impacts across multiple high-priority initiatives.

You will play a key role in employee experience design, realising programme benefits and driving faster adoption and higher utilisation of transformational and operating model change deployment.

Key responsibilities include leading change evaluation, portfolio change governance and reporting, capability and competency framework development, communications and training, business readiness and adoption monitoring.

This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to develop creative and visual change learning and communication collateral.

The ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in HR, organisational behaviour/psychology or business administration/management, have formal change certification, and knowledge of lean-agile change leadership methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing strategic capability development frameworks and programmes is highly desirable.
