Water Treatment Technician Position

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team, servicing the Brisbane & Scenic Rim regions with a focus on high-quality customer service and technical expertise.

About the Role

This role involves servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting customers' wastewater treatment systems. Essential skills include experience in plumbing or wastewater treatment, preferably with a Restricted Drainers licence. However, training can be offered for those with a Plumbing/Trade Assistant background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete weekly and monthly schedules of services
  • Provide professional quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Manage and attend to emergency breakdowns and repairs
  • Arrange warranty paperwork, EFTPOS, and invoice payments via the administration team

Requirements

  • Relevant certification such as a Restricted Drainers licence or Wastewater Treatment System Service endorsement
  • Current driver's licence
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide quality work
