Water Treatment Operator Role

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled water treatment operator to join our team. As the operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating plant and equipment at the Gold Coast Desalination plant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor and respond to process, maintenance, and operational issues on a daily basis.
  • Assess plant operations and assist in commissioning, optimization, monitoring, and reporting on plant status or condition.
  • Troubleshoot problems with plant, equipment, and processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Trade qualifications required.
  • Experience in maintaining pumps, pipelines, and other mechanical equipment necessary.
  • Knowledge of water treatment engineering practices is advantageous.
