Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our Water Group in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Gold Coast offices. The role is part-time or full-time and has flexible start dates.

You will work with a strong pipeline of water treatment projects for clients across Australia, collaborating with engineers, planners, designers, and technical specialists. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading teams delivering water treatment infrastructure projects
  • Delivering process planning and design for water treatment infrastructure
  • Providing high-quality technical outcomes across investigation, analysis, and design
  • Building client relationships to deliver tailored water solutions through panel and one-off project engagements

This role offers a variety of work and the opportunity to contribute to legacy-defining water treatment projects. You will work collaboratively with a flexible and welcoming team.

Key Requirements
  • Relevant engineering degree
  • RPEQ status (or ability to obtain shortly)
  • Years of experience in municipal and/or industrial water treatment
  • Proven skills in the operation, planning, or design of water infrastructure
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
