Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Water Process Engineer to join our team in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Gold Coast offices. This role is part-time or full-time and offers a flexible start date.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers, planners, designers, and technical specialists to deliver high-quality technical outcomes across investigation, analysis, and design.

  • Leading and contributing to technical teams delivering legacy-defining water and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Delivering process planning and design for water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
  • Building strong client relationships to define and deliver tailored water or wastewater solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Water Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading technical teams to develop and implement innovative water and wastewater treatment solutions.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive project outcomes.
  3. Providing expert advice on process planning and design for water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Engineering Degree
  • RPEQ status
  • 7-20+ years' experience in municipal and/or industrial water and/or wastewater treatment
  • Proven skills in operation, planning, or design of water and wastewater infrastructure
