The role of Senior HR Manager, Brisbane is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead the People function across our largest national Brisbane-based sites, employing over 1000 employees.
- Leadership of an established team, uplifting the HR function.
- Building line manager capability in labour planning, shift rosters, workforce productivity, performance, and retention.
- Leading industrial relations, including EBA negotiations, award interpretation, union engagement, and governance and compliance.
- Overseeing onboarding, training, and workforce planning for a diverse, multicultural workforce.
- Acting as a trusted partner to operational leaders in a high-volume, dynamic, blue-collar site-based environment.
- Strong experience in HR Management or Senior HR Management leadership roles within manufacturing, FMCG, or large-scale industrial operations.
- Proven expertise in industrial relations, EBAs, and union engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large HR teams in complex, high-pressure environments.
- A pragmatic, commercially focused, and calm leadership style, with the maturity to bring stability and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working with highly diverse, multicultural workforces.
